October 16, 2019Burger preparation and procedure:
Preheat the oven to 180 C and cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Mince the flakes and season with a pinch of salt, some black pepper, and any other spices as desired. Mix the egg and add the oat milk to a separate plate of oatmeal.
You can pan a vegetarian burger in this order: oatmeal, egg and oatmeal and spices. Finally, sprinkle the baked burger with a little olive oil and place it in the preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
Preparing a salad:
Wash the zucchini and cut lengthwise into slices, then salt them, pepper them and place the garlic powder and sprinkle with olive oil. Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into thin plates.
On a heated grill pan, place olive oil and then bake the zucchini (3-5 min each side). Once the zucchini is baked, salt them with a mixture of salt and garlic powder and decorate as shown.
Sprinkle it all over with olive oil, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, fresh basil and whisk together.
Burger Ingredients:
2 Vegetarian burgers
4 tablespoons oatmeal
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 egg
two tablespoons of oat milk
salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, pepper, red pepper and olive oil
Ingredients for salad:
1 larger flask
2 packs of 100 g mozzarella
5 mini tomatoes
Basil
Salt, freshly ground pepper
A mixture of garlic powder and salt
Olive oil
