Wash and then cut the vegetables into smaller pieces. Place the hot dogs before baking for 1 minute in hot water, dry and then start grilling the skewers. Pour some olive oil over the warmed pan and roast the skewers for 2 minutes on each side or as desired.
Wash the cucumber and grate it with the bark and drain it with your hands. In one bowl, change the cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, dill and season to taste. Put the salad in the fridge for an hour before serving and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
