Mix dry ingredients in one bowl: flour, baking powder and salt. In the second bowl, mix the wet ingredients: milk, coconut oil and maple syrup. It is recommended that your milk is not too cold when you pour the melted coconut oil into it, so it would be best if the oat milk were at least room temperature. Mix all the ingredients together.
Melt some coconut oil on a heated pancake pan and add about ¼ cup of the mixture to the pan. When bubbles have formed on the upper side of the pancake, turn it to the other side and bake for a few more minutes.
Coat each Vegetariana pancake with a spread if desired.
