Grind the cauliflower and place it on an oil-free pan, medium heat to evaporate any moisture from the cauliflower. Stir in cauliflower for 10 minutes and allow to cool slightly. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a separate bowl, mix one egg and add grated parmesan. Add cauliflower and form it to a ball. Place a mixture of cauliflower, egg and parmesan on baking paper and spread in a round shape slightly more than ½ cm thick and 25 cm in diameter.
Place the oven in a preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and discolored. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and put the stuffing on it (tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil)
Bake again for another 10 minutes and when done add the rest of the stuffing (Vegetariana salami and ricola).
