Most of the soups you can tastefully enrich and convert into nutritious meal if you add some Vegetarian hot dogs. It is enough to cut them into slices and boil them in a soup. This meal is especially handy if you prepare “fast food” with ready-made soups.
Among the many meals that you can prepare with Vegetariana sausages we emphasize this interesting skewer. It is very tasty and easy to prepare. String, as shown on the image, hot dogs, tomatoes and peppers, or in order to achieve special flavor – prunes and shiitake mushrooms. Bake shortly at a higher temperature and turn. Decorate with sour corn, lemon slices, olives, radishes and decorative parsley.
First bake a Vegetariana Burger, and then mushrooms (in the picture are shiitake mushrooms). Decorate with mini-tomatoes, olives and capers and sprinkle with herbs. Serve with soy sprouts seasoned with salty soy sauce.
Instead of a baked burger with mushrooms, Vegetariana burger can be served with boiled asparagus, along with cooked vegetables as a side dish. This meal can be prepared very quickly if you use the already cooked vegetables. Serve decorated with lemon slices and parsley.
Ingredients: 25 dag Vegetariana slices (ordinary, with olives, tofu or truffles) 2 eggs, 1/2 head of lettuce, 1/2 head of radicchio, 1 bunch of radishes, herbs (parsley and chives). Dress salad with oil and vinegar as you wish, add salt and white pepper, and 4 tablespoons of salad mayonnaise.
Ingredients: Vegetariana slices, olives, cheese Roqfourt, tomatoes, pepper, asparagus, pear, lemon juice and orange, herbs. Cut the ingredients into smaller pieces and gently mix. Put them in a cocktail glass and pour the orange juice and lemon (in the ratio of one lemon, 2 oranges). Decorate with dill, slices of lemon and orange and sprinkle with nicely cut shallot.
